Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Strawberry and banana is a classic smoothie flavour. It’s simple to make, sweet, healthy and not offensive. Who can say no to strawberry and banana?

Ingredients and method

Makes 2 drinks

  • 1 banana
  • 1 mug of strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 mug milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 squeeze of agave syrup (optional)
  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender with the fruit at the bottom and the ice on the top. Blend until you reach your desired consistency. Add more milk if it’s too thick and add more fruit or and ice if it’s too thin. Pour into two of your best glasses and top with a glass straw. Enjoy!
