Ingredients
3-4 sheets filo pastry
1 block of feta cheese
1 tbs sesame seeds
3 tbs butter (melted)
Honey to drizzle
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Take one sheet of filo and brush with butter. Place another sheet on top. Repeat this process two more times.
- Put the feta on top of the filo pastry and wrap like a present.
- Place the filo-wrapped feta on a lined baking tray with the folds underneath. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from the tray and place on a plate. Drizzle generously with honey.
