Filo-wrapped filo with honey

Ingredients

3-4 sheets filo pastry

1 block of feta cheese

1 tbs sesame seeds

3 tbs butter (melted)

Honey to drizzle

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Take one sheet of filo and brush with butter. Place another sheet on top. Repeat this process two more times.
  3. Put the feta on top of the filo pastry and wrap like a present.
  4. Place the filo-wrapped feta on a lined baking tray with the folds underneath. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from the tray and place on a plate. Drizzle generously with honey.
