
If you’re looking for something different to dip your pita or tortilla chips into, this is the dip for you.
Ingredients
200g feta
200g Greek yoghurt
Olive oil
Handful of mint (chopped)
Handful of pomegranate seeds
Handful of chopped pistachios
Handful of chopped olives
Method
- Take a chunk of feta and save it for the topping. Place the rest of the feta into a large bowl and whip with an electric whisk.
- Fold in the yoghurt and then decant the mixture into your serving dish. Make a slight crater in the middle.
- Add the pomegranate seeds, pistachios, chopped olives and mint to the top of the dip. Then crumble the feta you saved on top. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
