Hey, I’m Kristina. My journey with baking and cooking started when I was a child watching my Mum in the kitchen. Eventually I graduated to helping her mix the cake batter, and then I got to ice the cupcakes myself. From the sweet taste of icing as a kid, I was hooked.
I am mostly a baker, but since I’ve had to become an adult in the last few years, I’ve started cooking more and more. So you can expect to see a little bit of everything on this blog. I’m a Brit through and through, however I have lived in several countries so far. My current location is Poland as it has been for the last three years or so.

Hates: tuna (sorry), old bananas, anyone who says the UK doesn’t have good food, pandemics (go away COVID-19), being bored, negativity
